Marketing project management
From pitch to roll-out. With clear project leadership.
When multiple stakeholders, tight timelines and demanding delivery come together, someone needs to keep the full picture in view. As a freelance marketing project manager, I support agencies, brands and businesses, taking responsibility for scope, budget, timing and collaboration.

01 · Your situation
When someone needs to bring it all together.
Multiple interfaces.
Clients, creative teams, production and external partners need a shared plan and clear responsibilities.
Limited capacity.
The team is at capacity, but an important project still needs to move forward in a structured way.
A demanding roll-out.
Channels, formats and approvals need to come together in a workable delivery process.
02 · My contribution
Create structure. Lead delivery.
Planning
Clarify scope, structure work packages and align timelines, budgets and resources. Dependencies and open decisions become visible from the start.
Coordination
Coordinate teams and partners, track progress and costs, and flag risks early. When requirements change, I clarify the implications and prepare the decisions needed.
Delivery & handover
Manage production, approvals and roll-out. I follow up on actions and responsibilities, and provide a clear handover of the project’s status.

03 · Experience & approach
Hands-on perspective. Commercial understanding.
My career connects production, client consulting and executive leadership. As the founder and managing director of an advertising agency, I led account teams and took responsibility for day-to-day delivery. I understand project work both from hands-on execution and from responsibility for teams, resources and client relationships.
How we get started
We begin by reviewing project status, milestones, budget parameters and open issues. We agree which decisions I own and which need consultation. I then manage delivery with a planning and communication rhythm suited to the project.

Working together
Can you join a project that is already underway?
Yes. I first review existing agreements, progress and outstanding risks. We then align priorities and next steps without unnecessarily replacing processes that already work.
Do you work with existing teams and partners?
Yes. I can support your internal team or coordinate collaboration between companies, agencies and production partners. We clarify roles and responsibilities at the start.
Is this only for large projects?
Size is not the only consideration. A short-term assignment can also need experienced project leadership when it involves many interfaces, limited resources or demanding approval processes.
